Legal Regulation of Forestry Carbon Sequestration Transaction

Abstract
From a legal point of view, it was analyzed that forestry carbon sequestration transaction involves civil, administrative, criminal and economic legal relationship, and it was pointed out that forestry carbon sequestration transaction itself is also a kind of civil contract, related legal suggestions were proposed on forestry carbon sequestration transaction, so as to regulate the transaction behaviors.关键词
