摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to construct a composite microhial system efficient in decomposing cellulose in spent grains of liquor.[Method] Five cellulolytic strains were screened out from the spent grains of liquor,which were mixed and inoculated in the solid-state medium with essential substance of spent grains,a comparably stable and efficient composite microbial system was obtained by repeated subculturings and its cellulose decomposition and CMCase activity were determined. [Result] The comparably stable composite microbial system efficient cellulose decomposition consisted of four stains. [Conclusion] Compared with single strains,the composite microbial system,constructed by the five cellulo-lylic strains,had been greatly improved in both the cellulolytic capability and CMCase activity,and kept stable in seven days.
