葡萄籽中原花色素的树脂纯化工艺研究
Extraction and Purification of Proanthocyanidin by Resin from Grape Seed
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To screen out the resin which could purify the proanthocyanidin in grape seeds and study its purification technology. [ Method] A static absorption and desorption test was conducted of proanthocyanidin by five kinds of macroporous adsorption resins (S-8, NKA-9, AB-8, X-5 and D4006) with AB-8 as the separating medium. [Result] AB-8 was the optimal packing, the resin saturated under the conditions of 2.5 mg/ml proanthocyanidin solution at the flow rate of 2.0 BV/h. During the desorption process, resin was washed by water firstly and then 1.0 BV of 80% ethanol solution was used as desorption agent at a flow rate of 1.0 BV/h. [Conclusion] AB-8 plays an important role in the purification of macroporous resin in grape seeds.关键词
