摘要

Abstract

Based on the establishment of the performance evaluation index system of agricultural sci-iech achievements, ten characteristic indices were selected from the benefits,level and investment of scientific research,the weight of each index was determined according to the value of co-mentropy,and then a TOPSIS model was established for evaluating the agricultural sci-tech achievements,the grade of scientific research was determined by solving the Euclidean approach degree of the evaluation program. The method is applied to an example for agricultural scientific a-chievements,the result is reasonable,and the calculation is simple,which provides the basis for relevant departments to evaluate scientific a-chievements.
