4种根管预备方法对弯曲根管清洁效果的比较
Comparison the cleaning effect on curved canal walls prepared with four different techniques

Abstract
With slight and moderate curved root canals, the effect of removal smear layer and debris on the surface of middle and apical the thirds of root canal by hand protaper or rotary protaper technique was better than conventional step-back technique and modefied step-back technique statistically( P < 0. 05 ). The cleanliness of the surface of curved root canals prepared with protaper is better than other methods under the same irrigants conditions.关键词
