不同针灸方法治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效与患者满意度的相关分析
Correlative Analysis on Therapeutic Efficacy and Patients'Satisfaction of Different Acupuncture Methods for Treating Acute Herpes Zoster

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacies of different acupuncture methods for treating acute herpes zoster, and to analyze the correlation bet-ween patients' satisfaction and therapeutic efficacy. Methods A total of 133 patients were randomly divided into five groups using center randomized controlled method, and 125 cases fit the inclusion criteria finally. Among the patients, 27 received electroacu-puncture therapy, 23 received electroacupuncture and cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy, 24 received electroacupuncture and fire needle therapy, 20 received electroacupuncture and tapping-cupping therapy, and 31 received Western medicine therapy. All patients received treatment once per day, and each period of treatment was 10 d. Results Only the electroacupuncture group was better than the Western medicine group with regard to the overall efficacy (P<0. 05). The times of crust formation in the four groups involving electroacupuncture were significantly shorter than that in the Western medicine therapy group (P< 0.01). Except the electroacupuncture and cotton-sheet moxibustion therapy group, the electroacupunc-ture-involving therapy groups had significantly shorter decrustation time than the Western medicine therapy group (P<0. 05). There were no statistical differences in patients' satisfaction among different groups (P>0. 05). The patients' satisfaction was negatively correlated with the time to blistering stop and time of crust formation (P = 0. 006, P = 0. 017). Conclusion Electroacupuncture alone or combined with fire needle therapy can promote decrustation and result in better satisfaction in patients with acute herpes zoster, showing promise for use in treatment of acute herpes zoster.关键词
