Abstract
In the Ming dynasty, along with military, political power in Guizhou in the Ming Government established, establishment of provinces, the influx of migrants, Guizhou local economic and cultural access to considerable development. Academy＇s building is a symbol of the educational and cultural development. In Guizhou in the Ming dynasty is the rise and fall of the ups and downs of the College as national development environment and the rise and fall of the College.
