摘要

Abstract

According to the possible risks during construction, this paper has established the risk control system of crossing the existing bridge which includes risk identification, risk evaluation, risk handling and risk monitoring by shallow tunnel construction. This system is used in the construction of underground culvert at Western Third Ring road crossing the Huayuan Bridge. The results prove that risk controlling system has managed to reach the expected goal and the operation of existing bridge is safe during the tunnel construction.
