EPIDEMIC SPREADING IN ADAPTIVE NETWORKS WITH AN INCUBATION MECHANISM
摘要
Abstract
The SIS model for adaptive networks with an incubation mechanism was modified.The evolutionary equations were given;the epidemic spreading progress with different parameters was analyzed and changes in network degree in the evolution process was examined.It was concluded that the ultimate stable populations of three groups(susceptible,incubated and infected ones) were different with various parameters.Re-wiring probability has great influences on transmission threshold.The node degree of the network will present a possible power-law distribution after iterations.It is suggested that patients be separated if contagious diseases break out.关键词
