三维管状编织物的制备及力学性能实验研究
THREE-DIMENSIONAL TUBULAR BRAID PREPARATION AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

Abstract
Two types of three-dimensional tubular braid preparation methods were introduced in the paper, one is traditional four-step braided, the other is new (multi-axial) braided by using combination of knitting and braiding. The properties of tensile and bending were comparatively analyzed too. The results showed that tensile properties of four-step braiding structure were better than that of multi-axial structure in the same fiber volume content, but the bending properties of four-step structure were close to that of multi-axial one. Tensile properties decreased and bending properties increased with the adding of axis yarns. The results will play an important guiding role in the structure design and performance improving for both types of tubular braided fabrics.关键词
