摘要

Abstract

A kind of vacuum infusion epoxy resin system for the wind turbine blade was developed in this paper. The technology performance, mechanical property, thermal property of the kind of epoxy resin system and its cured products were characterized by rotational viscometer, universal mechanical testing machine and differential scanning calorimeter. The matching ability of the epoxy resin with glass fiber was characterized by simulated experiment of blade root infusion and performance test of laminated wood. The results show that with the low viscosity, good operability, excellent mechanical and thermal property, good matching with glass fiber, the epoxy resin system can be used in the preparation of the wind turbine blade.
