Abstract
In order to solve the overall forming problem, improve the overall performance of the complex composite components, and reduce the production costs, this study uses the flexibility of soft silicon rubber mold to solve the problem which the conventional mold process could not overall forming. The paper applies the soft mold/ vacuum assisted resin infusion process to prepare the disk with complex holes to verify the feasibility of this process. And the prospect is explored by comparing the performance. The results show that the soft mold/vacuum assisted resin infusion process can be overall forming the disk with complex holes and the performance of the product is stability.
