摘要

Abstract

In room temperature of 20 ℃,the dynamics of water absorption rate,vitamin C and iodine contents were studied when Rider red clover was disposed in different concentration of potassium iodine solution of 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 and 3.5 mg·L^-1,respectively.The results showed that with the rising concentration of potassium iodine solution,water absorption rate and iodine content of red clover seeds increased significantly.The highest iodine content was observed in the concentration of 3.0 mg·L^-1.Vitamin C content of seedling plants significantly reduced with the rising concentration of potassium iodine solution.
