摘要

Abstract

In cement production process, the ball mill load detection and control is very important, ball load determines the continuity of cement production and cement quality and stability. Currently, there is no direct way to detect the ball mill load, often grinding sound, motor current, elevator and other indirect methods to obtain power, accuracy and reliability are lower, in the actual production only as reference data. A multi -sensor data fusion method is presented, using adaptive weighted fusion algorithm, selecting four kinds of sensors for collecting the grinding sound, the export elevator mill power, mill motor current, meal back to the powder flow to detect integrated mill load, the accuracy and reliability of ball mill load test are improved. Finally, the practical application of cement mill system verifies the effectiveness of the method.
