摘要

Abstract

Shock absorber is a key element of the auto shock-absorber system, whose characteristics directly influence the comfortability and stability of the car body' s performance. A novel design and implementation of the performance test system for the shock absorber is proposed to satisfy the urgent demands for automation, online and quickly testing the damping force of the shock absorber. The system takes an industrial control computer as the control core, a sine excitation is generated by converting the rotary motion of a servo motor into a straight reciprocating motion of the absorber via the crank link mechanism, then the piston of the absorber is stretched or compressed, to implement online tests of the absorber with a damping force sensor.
