摘要

Abstract

The development history of the blades for wind turbines was described briefly,while the manufacture characteristics of the composite blades and related sources,later amount,treatment necessity and possibility,and so on were set forth in detail.Then according to related characteristics of the composite blade wastes,four kinds of possible treatment methods,including mechanical material recycling,material recycling/energy recovery by pyrolysis,material recycling by cement manufacturing and energy recovery by incineration,were analyzed from the points of view of environment influence,treatment cost,and treatment products recycling.The conclusions are that the environmental benefit has certain advantage,but the economic benefit is not so good,because the value of waste itself and the probable substitute materials are poor.Finally,according to the waste characteristics,their treatment analysis conclusions and combining the actual circumstance in China,it is suggested that the comprehensive processing techniques such as material recycling by cement manufacturing should be developed preferentially,and both the energy recovery by incineration and the mechanical material recycling should be developed adequately in right place and right time.
