尺寸工程在白车身制造过程中的应用
Research on Dimension Engineering in the Body-in-white＇ s Manufacturing
摘要
Abstract
The quality of Body-in-white affects the quality of the vehicle, so the precision of Body-in- white has became a main index about the quality of the vehicle. After researching the development of dimension engineering in the domestic and international field, this article used a software to make a reasonable design and analysis of the calculation for a model development and the body part. The re- sults showed that the original design has a relatively large deviation and cannot meet the requirements of the structure, while the optimized is eligible. According to the consequence of test, we come to the conclusion that we can enhance the structure and the process design of quality objectives by using the dimension engineering.关键词
