Target Extraction for Contaminated Region of Lakes Combining with Morphology and Fractal Theory

摘要

Abstract

This paper introduces the effective method to extract the contaminated region of lakes. Firstly, filter noise in image with adaptive complex morphological filter, and then, gain the character- istic fractal dimension which matches with the target texture features; finally, it proposes the direc- tional vertex vector chain code algorithm to construct a boundary information vector sequence set, and provide information for the prevention of water pollution. The experimental result demonstrates that al- gorithm has a good anti-noise ability and real-time ability.
