摘要

Abstract

A new bandpass filter which is designed by low temperature CO-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology with third-order Chebyshev characteristic is presented in this paper. This filter is composed of three resonant cavities and by the capacitive coupling, which is realized by the three dimensional multilayer construction. The simulation result indicated that this filter' s center frequency is 2.4 GHz, the relative bandwidth is 10.4% , and the performance is fine. And the volume of this filter is only 3 mm x 2 mmx 1 ram. This filter has the widespread application in radio frequency systems, wireless communication and so on.
