Abstract
To strengthen social management is to promote the harmonious development of our society＇s current fundamental prem- ise of social capital of stock to enhance the effectiveness of an important resource for social management. In developed areas of China, current economic development of modem of social capital is immature. In the innovation process social management mechanism, we must strengthen capital levels of modern society, the rural grassroots cadres and the rule of law, public aware- ness, foster public awareness, changes social governance, improve working mechanism, to greatly enhance the level of civil soci- ety organizations to effectively safeguard and protect people＇s legitimate rights and interests.关键词
