摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe clinical significance of thyroglobulin protein expression in tuberous thyroid swollen with thyroid cancer diagnosis and treatment. Methods 30 cases(observation group) with tuberous thyroid swollen complicated with thyroid cancer were selected from January 2010 to June 2011. 30 cases with benign tuberous strumous was control group. The thyroglobulin protein levels of two groups were observed. Results The positive rate of thyroglobulin protein was 4 6. 7% in observation group and 6. 7% in control group. The differences was statically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion The detection of thyroglobulin protein in tuberous thyroid swollen complicated with thyroid cancer patients has very important clinical meaning.关键词
