Expression of TMSG-1 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance
目的 探讨TMSG-1蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测98例结直肠癌组织中TMSG-1蛋白的表达,同时选取76例结直肠正常组织作对照.结果 TMSG-1蛋白在结直肠癌和正常结直肠组织中主要表达在细胞质,少量胞核可见着染.76例正常结直肠黏膜组织中TMST-1蛋白均表达阳性,其中11例呈弱阳性,65例强阳性表达.在98例结直肠癌中,32例TMST-1蛋白表达阴性,23例弱阳性表达,43例呈强阳性.…查看全部>>
Objective To explore the expression of TMSG-1 protein in colorectal carcinoma and its relation to clinicopathologic features. Methods The TMSG-1 protein levels in 98 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 76 cases of normal colorectal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry method.
