等离子喷焊镍基合金耐磨性能研究

Abstract
In this paper, a plasma spray welding technology was used to spray two kinds of nickel-based alloy powders of DC.N160A and DG.Ni60WC25 with different transfer currents.The hardness properties and wear resistance of all kinds of spray welding layers were analysed.The results show that the attitude of transfer current with nickel-based alloy spray welded layer has a great influence. Spray welding DG.Ni60A alloy powder with a current of 100 A,the sample wear weight loss is only 0.090 57 g;with 150 A,the wear weight loss is as high as 1.116 17 g,that is more than 10 times higher.Spray welding DG.Ni60WC25 alloy powder with a current of 100 A,the wear weight loss is 0.018 83 g,with 200 A,the wear weight loss is as high as 0.744 97 g,that is about 40 times higher. Meanwhile,the addition of WC can improve the wear resistance of the Nickel-based alloy spray welding layer.DG.Ni60A alloy powder spray welding layer without WC with 150 A,the wear weight loss is 1.116 17 g,and the wear weight loss of DG.Ni60WC25 alloy powder spray welding layer with WC is between 0.018 83 and 0.744 97 g,much lower than that without WC adittion.关键词
