摘要

Abstract

Solid-state high frequency power has a frequency range when it works normally.However,the fault conditions,such as sensor short circuit,open circuit,grounding,and etc.cause output impedance and frequency changing.When the frequency Is too high or too low,over-voltage or over-current is resulted.Both cases can damage the equipment,and affect the normal production.The solid-state high power frequency protection principles and circuit design were described In this paper.When the device operating frequencies were beyond the normal operating frequency range,alarm action was done quickly.So that the rectifier bridge output was zero to protect the equipment against damage.
