Cultivation and management technique for Metasequoia glyptostroboides in Qinhuangdao

Abstract
Metasequoia glyptostroboides is a rare relict, famous ornamental plant and fast-growing tree species, but there has some differernces between the climatic character in Qinhuangdao and the ecological condition required by Metasequoia glyptostroboides. This paper analyzed the possibility of planting Metasequoia glyptostroboides in large area and sumarized the cultivation and management techniques for the purpose of improving the survival rate of transplanted seedlings of Metasequoia glyptostroboides in Qinhuangdao base on experimental research.关键词
