微波促进立体选择性合成烯丙酸酯类高碳糖衍生物
Stereoselective Synthesis of Glycosyl Acrylate Derivatives by Microwave Assisted Wittig Reaction
摘要
Abstract
In order to develop an efficient, practical and stereoselective method for synthesizing glycosyl acrylate derivatives, the microwave assisted Wittig reaction of sugar ketone(l) and Lactones(4) with ylide 2 (Ph3P = CHCOOEt) was investigated in a sealed microwave reactor in various temperatures and solvents. The reaction was carried out effectively and stereoselectively in xylene at 180 ℃ with a yield up to 80% within 10 min.关键词
