A High Accuracy Adjustable Standard Voltage Reference

Abstract
A high accuracy adjustable standard voltage reference is proposed to solve the problem that high accuracy standard voltage source lacks the function of adjusting and controlling voltage. Through adopting the technologies of high stability voltage reference, double-channel PWM closed-loop voltage control and double DAC programmable voltage output, the high accuracy adjustable standard voltage output can be realized. With the output range of 0V-10V and resolution of lμV, the experiment result shows the output error is below ±(10ppm+10μ V) . It meets the design requirements. This proposal has high application and popularization value.关键词
