Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combination of Chitosan-cervical-antibiotics-membrane and CO2 for cervical erosion.Methods 426 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,213 cases for each.The treatment group were treat with Chitosan-cervical-antibiotics-membrane after CO2 laser surgery, and the control group were treat with CO2 laser surgery only.Results 204 ( 96％ ) in the treatment group were cured after one treatment,and 9 needed secondary treatment.176( 82％ ) in the control group were cured after one treatment,and 37 needed secondary treatment.Conclusions After CO2 laser surgery of cervical erosion,Chitosan-cervical-antibiotics-membrane can improve the wound's coalescence,shorten the time and decrease the volume of vaginal bleeding and fluid flow.关键词
