放射免疫分析法与化学发光法检测血清HCG效果对比分析OA
Comparative analysis on the effects of radioimmunoassay and chemiluminescence for the detection of serum HCG
目的 探讨分析放射免疫分析法与电化学发光法检测血清HCG的效果.方法 将我院检验科收治的100例患者分为异位妊娠50例、葡萄胎30例、绒癌20例三组,另取正常35例为对照组,使用放射免疫分析法与电化学发光法分别检测四组患者的血清HCG.结果 放射免疫分析法的异位妊娠检测值最低,为80.1 mIU/ml,电化学发光法的绒癌检测值最高,为978.9 mIU/ml.患病三组检测值均高于对照组.电化学发光法检测的特异性为100％,高于放射免疫分析法(P＜…查看全部>>
