剖宫产新生儿脐带残端零干预护理的临床效果研究OA

目的 探讨剖宫产新生儿脐带残端零干预护理的临床效果及可行性.方法 随机筛选无脐疝的剖宫产正常新生儿600例,采用气门芯距脐轮1 mm处结扎,远端1 cm处剪断脐带,脐带断面用5％的碘酊消毒.随机分为两组,每组300例,两组新生儿于次日淋浴后,用75％酒精消毒脐带残端,以后每日淋浴1次.观察组淋浴后脐带残端不再进行任何干预护理,对照组淋浴后常规用75％酒精消毒脐部及周围皮肤,并覆盖无菌脐贴.待其自然干燥、坏死、脱落.观察比较两组新生儿脐部渗血、炎症…查看全部>>
