摘要

Abstract

TiO2 nanopowders were prepared with sol-emulsion-gel method through hydrolyzing Ti (OC4H9)4.The influence factors involving surfactant concentration,pH value of solution, water content and calcinations temperature on the size and distribution of TiO2 nanoparticles were investigated and characterized by XRD.TEM and DSC. The results showed that TiO2 nanoparticles were very small after the concentration of the surfactant reached the critical micelle concentration ( CMC) and a good distribution was obtained. When the pH value was in the range of 8-9 and the content of solution was 0. S mol/L,the size of particles was hold in a smallest size. Under nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 400 ℃, the sample could achieve the best effect of calcination.
