目的 制备NH2基修饰SiO2包覆的Fe3O4纳米管药物载体并研究其载药性能.方法 使用水热法制备Fe2O3纳米管,然后用SiO2对其表面进行包覆,再使用H2还原制备SiO2包覆的Fe3O4纳米管,接着用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对其表面进行—NH2修饰,以水杨酸为模型药物研究所制备载体的载药性能.结果 成功制备出NH2基修饰SiO2包覆的Fe3O4纳米管药物载体,载药实验显示:以水为溶剂时,所制备的载体的包封率和载药率分别为54.7%和55.8%;…查看全部>>
Objective To prepare amino modified and silica encapsulated magnetite nanotubes drug carrier and study its drug loading properties. Methods Firstly,the hematite (Fe2O3) nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal method,which were coated with SiO2 and reduced in H2 atmosphere.
