延胡索生物碱超声法提取工艺的研究
Study on the ultrasonic extraction process of alkaloid from Corydalis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the optimal ultrasonic extraction process of the alkaloid from Corydalis. Methods The concentration and volume of alcohol, and time of extraction were investigated in an L9(34) orthogonal design with the content of tetrahydropalmatine and yield of total extract as indexes. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 50% alcohol of 7 times boiling for 45 min each time and 3 times in all. Conclusion This process is reasonable and feasible, which may be used to extract the alkaloid from Corydalis.关键词
