紫外分光光度法测定毛茛不同部位总黄酮的含量OACSTPCD
Determination of total flavonoids in different fractions from Ranunculus japonicus by UV spectrophotometry
目的 建立毛茛中总黄酮的含量测定方法并分别测定其正丁醇、乙酸乙酯萃取部位中总黄酮的质量分数.方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用可见-紫外分光光度法于360.5nm处测定毛茛中总黄酮的含量.结果芦丁质量浓度在0.008 1~0.028 4 mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,r=0.9996.平均回收率均在95%~105%范围内.结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠,适用于毛茛中总黄酮的含量测定.
Objective To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids in different fractions from Ranunculus japonicus. Methods Total flavonoids in Ranunculus japonicus were determined by UV absorption at 360. 5 nm with rutin as the reference substance. Results Good linearity of nitin was obtained within the range of 0.008 1-0.028 4 mg/mL (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery ratio was in the range of 95% - 105%.
