摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs ( miRNAs ) are essential for posttranscriptional gene regulation and play important roles in embryonic heart development , heart morphogenesis , myocardial cell growth and differentiation. Overexpression and knockout of the cardiac tissue -specific miRNAs by transgenic techniques enable the establishment of the cardiac -specific miRNA transgenic mouse and thus the discovery of miRNAs in cardiac function at an overall level. Recently, the number of cardiac -specific miRNA transgenic mouse models are increasing and diversifying .关键词
