含氟嵌段聚酰亚胺共聚物的制备及其介电常数计算
Synthesis and Dielectric Constant Calculation of Fluorinated Polyimide Block Copolymer

Abstract
A series of fluorinated polyimide were synthesized by in situ sequence feeding chemical polymerization. FT-IR, 1H-NMR and GPC were used to identify the synthesized copolymers and the results illustrate that the synthesized fluorinated polyimides are block copolymers. Lorenz and Vogel theories are usually used for calculating the dielectric constant of homopolymers, those dielectric constant calculation equations were modified through several steps in order to make them can be used to calculate the dielectric constants of block copolymers. After modification, those modified equations were used to calculate the dielectric constants of the synthesized fluorinated block copolymers, and the results show that the calculated dielectric constants of synthesized fluorinated polyimides are coincident with the measured values. It shows that the modified equations could be used in directing the design and synthesis of low dielectric polyimide block copolymers.关键词
