摘要
Abstract
Lateral buds of Vriesea carinata were used as material to make the culture in vitro. The results showed that the contamination rate was reduced to 26.7% when the NaC10 and HgC12 were used alternately. The clustered buds were better than the single bud in the proliferation process. 6-BA has obvious promotion effect on the root culture of Vriesea carinata.关键词
