摘要
Abstract
The 5.8SrDNA and ITS sequences of 41 species of Alternaria and 2 species of Stemphylium are analyzed, and the phylogenetic tree has been made. The analysis results indicated that the taxonomy among species of Alternaria is chaotic, the phylogenetic relationship of some species is very close to Stemphylium. The species those have great morphological differences can be distinguished according to sequence analysis, but sequence analysis can not distinguish the species those have little morlahological differences.关键词
