摘要

Abstract

The method of resting hypha culture in the rotary shaker was adopted for researching on the relations between the gibbercllins' hypha and the secondary metabolic product GA3. Under conditions of different hypha ages and different glucose concentrations, the potential of gibberellins hypha production changed accordingly. The experiment results indicated that the maximum gibberellin concentration was 1100 μg/mL and the yield ratio was 7.1 μg/mg·h under the culture condition of 96 h hypha age and 5 g/L glucose concentration. And the maximum conversion rate of glucose would attain when the glucose concentration was 1 g/L. This result would help to optimize the fermentation technology of gibberellin and decrease the cost of gibberellin.
