随着大型建筑结构越来越复杂，如何保障安全、快速、有序地疏散人群，已经成为政府和大型建筑管理部门的一项重要职责．进行基于CIS的大型公共建筑突发事件实时数据采集与可视化研究，可以模拟优化突发事件实时动态蔓延过程，优化各种突发事件条件下最有应急疏散策略，为政府有关部门在城市建设和城市防灾减灾提供科学依据．
