Abstract
The necessity of developing bilingual teaching is proved in the institutions of higher learning, and bilingual teaching is of great importance to improve students＂ English. The paper discusses the basic qualifications teachers should have to meet the require- ments of bilingual teaching, points out some problems in the bilingual teaching andevident and suggests some countermeasures.关键词
