腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管结石的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscope and choledochoscope in the treatment of intrahepatic and outhepatic cholangiolithiasis. Method: The laparoscope group included 120 cases with intrahepatic and outhepatic cholangiolithiasis who received the treatment of laparoscope and choledochoscope ; The open group included 120 cases who received the traditional surgical treatment of calculus of bile duct; then compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Result: The incidence of intraoperative blood loss and post-operative complications for patients of the laparoscope group was significantly lower than the those of the open group ( P<0. 05 ); the average length of stay in hospital for patients of the laparoscope group was significantly shorter than that of the open group, but the average time of operation was significantly higher ( P <0. 05 ). There were 2 of 120 patients who received the treatment of laparoscope and their symptoms were disappeared and cured after the treatment of full abdominal drainage and conventional anti-infection treatment. Conclusion: Comparing to the traditional open surgery, the treatment of laparoscope and choledochoscope for the intrahepatic and outhepatic cholangiolithiasis is an operation method with less pain, fewer complications , low residual stone rate, rapid recovery, safety and effectiveness, which is worthy to be widely popularized in clinical practice.关键词
