摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the status of impoverished psychotics in our district. Propelling the social assistance for them furtherly. Method: We collected the related datas of impoverished psychotics, which were analyzed by professionalize hospital manager of the psychiatric hospital statistically . Result: All the hospitalized patients, who have little income, no income occupied was 43. 57% and 28. 72% respectively, who is able to pay off the medical charges was 27. 73% . The rural impoverished psychotics who has on income was 66. 16% . The patients investigated with extremely behavior and general behavior was 28. 31 %( 62/ 219 ) and 37. 45( 82/219 Respectively. There's only 20. 55%( 45/219 )no too drastic behavior. Conclusion: Impoverished psychotics is a kind of special group,their behavior threat to the safety of the public around. It 's very important to assist the impoverished psychotics resulted from the complex disease. 关键词
