Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of three approaches for tonsillectomy. Method: 42 cases were performed with tonsillectomy by guillotine, 42 cases with tonsillectomy by dissection, and 30 cases with plasm radiofrequency at low temperature plasma, the duration of operation and blood loss, mops score,tunica albuginea exfoliating were compared respectively. Result:Method of tonsillectomy guillotine operation time and tunica albuginea exfoliating time less than traditional tonsillectomy and low temperature-controlled plasma radio-frequency. The difference was statistically significant. The application of low temperature -controlled plasma radio-frequency has the advantage of less blood loss, Significantly reduce the postoperative pain. Conclusion:Method of tonsillectomy guillotine has the advantage of short operation time,less trauma, costs less, is still a kind of worth extending tonsillectomy. Low - temperature plasma knife tonsillectomy has the advantages such as less blood loss, little postoperative pain,etc. Thus has a prospective future in clinical application , but the high cost of surgery.关键词
