Comparison of CT and MRI in Diagnosing Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma
目的:对比分析鼻咽癌(NPC)患者局部侵犯情况的CT诊断与MRI诊断效果.方法:将我院病理实验证实为鼻咽癌患者的初诊资料进行整理分析,选择治疗前经过CT诊断及MRI诊断的患者71例,多名专家共同对其鼻咽部位的扫描片进行对比分析,统计两种影像诊断方法对侵犯的检出率.结果:在对鼻咽部位的影像学诊断中,CT诊断的检出率为43.6%(31/71),MRI诊断的检出率为70.4%(50/71);在对颅底部位的影像学诊断中,CT诊断的检出率为22.5%(16…查看全部>>
Objective: To conduct a comparative analysis on the diagnostic effects between CT scan and MRI in diagnosing local invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC ).
