Abstract
Objective: To analyze the clinical characters and effects in elderly diabetic patients with a-symptomatic cerebral infarction. Method: 40 elderly diabetic patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction were treated in our hospital from Jan. 2009 to Jun. 2010 in observing group and 39 diabetic patients without asymptomatic cerebral infarction in control group. Head CT image characteristics biochemical indicators such as the TC ( total cholesterol ), TG ( triglyceride ), BMI ( body mass index ), HDL-c ( high density lipopro-tein ) and FIB ( fibrinogen ) and other indicators of the two groups were compared. Result: There's significant difference in multifocal cerebral infarction between the control group and observation group, so were TC, HDL-c, FIB, BIM. Conclusion: There are more multif ocal cerebral infarction in elderly diabetic patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction, the elderly diabetic patients with high TG, TC, low HDL-c or obese patients are susceptible to get asymptomatic cerebral infarction.关键词
