摘要

Abstract

In this article, the microstructure.microhardness, tensile and impact toughness tests of ΧI00 double sides SAWL welded joint were carried out,The results showed that microhardness of weld metal is higher than that of base metal, while the microhardness of HAZ is lower than that of base metal,and HAZ softening exists in welded jointThe tensile strength of transverse welded joint, which meets the requirement of ISO 3183-2007, is higher than the value of longitudinal base metal as well as lower than the transverse base metal,Rie impact toughness of weld metal is with good properties and the fracture appearance transition temperature is about -53 ℃ .The impact toughness of HAZ is worse and the fracture appearance transition temperature is about 7 ℃.
