Abstract
The inhibition performance of the self-made phosphonosulphonate-based scale and corrosion inhibitor SEDMP on CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 was evaluated. When the SEDMP dosage is 4 mg/L and the Ca2+ mass concentration in the concentrated solution is 500 mg/L, the CaCO3-inhibiting efficiency of SEDMP is 90.6%, which is much better than other organic phosphonates. When the SEDMP dosage is 10 mg/L, the Ca3(PO4)2-inhibiting efficiency of SEDMP is 96.0%. The corrosion inhibition effect of SEDMP can be observed when it is used alone, and will be better when it is blended with sulphonate copolymers and zinc salts. When SEDMP is used with common bactericides, the CaCO3-inhibiting performance of SEDMP is still good and the sterilization effects of the bactericides will not be impacted.关键词
