曝气浸没固定生物膜反应器处理化粪池出水
Treatment of effluent from septic submerged fixed-film tank by an aerated reactor

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the feasibility and operational performance for the treatment of the effluent from septic tank by applying an aerated submerged fixed-film reactor with loofah sponge as biofilm carrier. The results showed that it took no more than two weeks to complete the microbiological cultivation and acclimation. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) had a significant influence on the COD and NH3-N removal, their removal efficiencies reached 78.5% and 96.4% , respectively under the condition of HRT = 4 h. Addition- ally, the loofah sponge biofilm system had strong tolerance to organic shock loading in the experiment, it was not- ed that the effluent from septic tank could be preferably treated with influent COD concentration of 59.3 mg/L and NH3-N concentration of 15.9 mg/L, the corresponding removal efficiencies of COD and NH3-N were 80.0% and 98.9% , respectively.关键词
