回转窑在医废焚烧工程应用中的参数优化
Process control parameters optimization of medical waste incineration engineering by rotary kiln

Abstract
The paper analyzed the optimal key control parameters (kiln temperature, kiln speed and air supply) for a rotary kiln used in a medical waste incineration plant of 3 t/h scale, and also investigated the impact on incineration efficiency in term of feeding load, feeding mode and kiln rotary mode. It had three contributions. First, the kiln temperature was the most important parameter, the higher kiln temperature, the higher incineration efficiency. The second was that with 75% load, the optimal conditions were the kiln temperature of 850~C , kiln speed of 0.09 r/rain and air supply of 7 000 Nm3/h. The last was that both the technology of the continuously re- versing kiln rotation and the constant waste-material feeding helped maintain the high incineration efficiency, which resulted in 2.6% and 2.3% ignition loss rate for the incinerated residue, respectively.关键词
